Dear Occupier / Land Owner
My name is Ian Kearns. I am 34 years old and live in Kidderminster,
Worcestershire. I am actively seeking land for which I can shoot on in the
aim of pest and vermin control and as a countryside pastime.
I am already a shotgun certificate holder via West Mercia Police and I am
now seeking my Firearms Certificate (FAC) however this does have a number of
prerequisites; the most important being finding a shooting ground.
I wish to assure you that should you grant me permission to shoot on your
land that I am completely aware of conservation guidelines and will have
100% respect for your land and any livestock on it. I am a BASC member which
carries adequate insurance when shooting and also shows my dedication to
countryside issues.I believe myself to be a responsible person and a safe gun handler. I
regularly shoot at a shooting ground in Button Oak and I am also a trustee of a UK national charity.
More details are available on request
If I was successful in gaining your permission to shoot on your land then my
intended quarry would be rabbit, pigeon, crow and squirrel however should
you have specific requirements then I would be willing to discuss these.
Although as mentioned previously I am a shotgun certificate holder, it would
be my intention to use an FAC class Air Arms S410 Xtra rifle unless
otherwise discussed and additional provision made.
Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you wish to
contact me then I can be reached on
iankearns@gmail.com or
via the contact form below. Once I receive the contact form then I will
supply further contact details.
If you require further personal
references then these can be arranged. |
